Remember those stories about the world's stupid crook? You know, the guy who robs the gas station only to discover he locked his keys in his car? Or, the one who drops his wallet on the floor as he flees the scene? Well, we award Michael Orozco the title "World's Stupidest Politician." First, he solicited a bribe from candidate Beth Villarreal in front of witnesses after he lost the primary. Then, he claimed he had decided to remain neutral in the runoff, despite the fact that his entire campaign was based on his claimed integrity compared to Corrupt Constable Cortes (Anyone But Cortes, ¿Dónde está Jaime?), so he took down his attack websites and removed the links to them from his own website. Now, Michael Orozco has taken a popular misspelling of Beth Villarreal's name and pointed it to Corrupt Constable Cortes website. Here's the dumb partMichael Orozco is claiming neutrality in the runoff between Beth Villarreal and Corrupt Constable Cortes, only he was too dumb to hide the fact that he owns the domain name BethVillareal.com and has pointed it to Corrupt Constable Cortes' website. Registering misspellings of popular websites and then pointing them to fake websites or unflattering websites is a trick commonly used by Internet crooks and unethical Republicans.
