Corrupt Constable

From a little birdie:

Public Information Act request reveals why Michael Orozco was a bailiff:

Image of excerpt from discipliinary report on Orozco

For those having dificulty reading this, here's what it says:

Deputy Orozco was advised that, by both observation of GPS tracking and on-view by supervisors, it was noted that he had been leaving his duty assignment eary and going home, and checking in in service, then not reporting to his duty assignment until later... Deputy Orozco was immediately reassigned from the traffic division to Court 3-2 as Bailiff, effective 1/7/08. Any further such incidents or any further dereliction of duty by Deputy Orozco will result in his immediate termination.

Hmm. Needs to be supervised by a judge. Doesn't sound very promising as a constable. Now, if we can only get rid of his buddy, Corrupt Constable Cortes!
